PLANNING PERMISSION
We carry out all types of Planning Applications including residential, agricultural and commercial. We compile all the necessary drawings, documents and specifications to your needs and submit to the relevant local authority.
INTERIM AND FINAL CERTIFICATION
We carry out all the necessary paperwork required in securing a mortgage from your lending society to fund your project which would include site valuations and construction estimates. We carry out interim inspections during construction and issue interim certificates requesting draw downs. On completion a final inspection is carried out and certificate of compliance issued once house is deemed to be complete to relevant building and planning regulations.
SURVEYING
We carry out detailed topographic land surveys using the most up to date equipment and software including Nikon total station, Topcon GPS and Survey master software. We detail all boundaries, buildings and services required and provide detailed contoured drawings. We also set out proposed developments and boundary determination.
LEGAL MAPPING & LAND TRANSFERS
We carry out mapping for legal transfers which includes measuring on site boundaries and mapping on relevant PRAI maps for submission to Land Registry. We also measure and certify land areas for sale on behalf of either the purchaser or the vendor.
BUILDING PRE-PURCHASE SURVEYS
We carry out pre-purchased surveys on behalf of the potential purchaser of the property. We Inspect residential or commercial properties to assess its condition and to determine whether there are any defects present which could potentially have a substantial cost implication to repair.
FIRE SAFETY CERTIFICATES & DISABILITY ACCESS CERTIFICATES
We carry out all types of Fire safety certificate applications and disability access certificate applications on residential, commercial and public and semi-public buildings as required. We compile all the necessary drawings, documents and specifications to your needs and submit to the relevant local authority.
